Loita Macher Cutlet from Sneha's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:-
Loita mach ( bombay duck ) 750 gm
Onion paste
Chilli paste
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Sugar
Black paper powder
Garam Masala
Coriander leaves
Bread ( only middle parts )
Bread crumbs
Eggs
Corn flour
Refined oil



METHOD:-

At first wash the fish well then put it into the pan with salt and turmeric powder and cover it with lid . Keep the flame low to medium for 10 mins .
After 10 minutes , strain and cool the boiled fish then debone it .

Then heat refined oil into a kadai then fry onion , ginger , garlic and chilli paste .
Then add the fish into it and cook it for few minutes. Then add the masalas and cook until oil separates.

Finally  add the coriander leaves .

Then cool down it and add the breads and mixed it well .
Then give them cutlet's shapes .
After that beat the eggs with cornflour , salt and black paper . And spread the bread crumbs on a large plate .
Then dip the cutlets into the egg batter then roll it into the bread crumbs . Do these process for two times . And fridge it for 30 mins .

Finally deep fry the cutlets on medium flame .

SERVE:-
Serve the hot cutlets with salad and sauce.
