INGREDIENTS:- Mutton 500 gm 4 big sized potatoes cut into halves Sliced onion Ginger paste Garlic paste Chopped tomato 1 Whole garam masala ( bay leaves , cinnamon stick , green cardamom , black cardamom , red chilli , clove ) Hing 1 pinch Turmeric powder Red chilli powder Kashmiri red chilli powder Garam masala Mustard oil Ghee Salt Sugar Heat oil in a kadai and fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder and keep them aside. Then add 1tsp of sugar and caramelize it . Then add hing & whole garam masalas and fry it for 15 sec. Then add chopped onion and fry until golden brown on medium flame . Then add ginger and garlic paste and cook it for 5 min on medium heat . After that add the chopped tomato & salt and mixed well . Cover it and cook untill the tomato get cook.
