Moghlai Paratha's Aloo Curry (Part-2)

INGREDIENTS:- 4 diced Potatoes Onion paste Ginger paste Garlic paste Green chilli paste Tomato puree Green chillies Mustard oil Turmeric powder Red Chili powder Kashmiri red chilli powder Shahi Garam masala Salt Sugar METHOD:- Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for 2 mins . Then add the onion , ginger , garlic and green chilli paste and cook for 3 - 4 mins on medium flame. Then add the tomato puree and salt . Cook for 2 mins . Then add the masalas and mix well . Then add 1 cup of hot water into it and mix well . Cover and cook until the potatoes get cook. Finally add garam masala and sprinkle some green chillies .
