Vermicelli Pudding from Sneha's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:-

Milk 1 lt
Vermicelli 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Ghee 2 Tlsp
Chopped cashew nut 2 Tlsp
Chopped raisin 2 Tlsp
Chopped almond 2 Tlsp
Chopped pistachio 1Tlsp
Cardamom powder 1Tsp


METHOD:-

At first boil the milk and Stir it every 1 - 2 mins untill it become appox 750 ml.

Meanwhile roast the dry fruits with ghee and keep aside . Then in the same pan fry the vermicelli with ghee on medium flame untill it turn light golden brown. 

Then add the fried vermicelli into the milk and keep stirring .

Then add the dry fruits and stir it well untill the vermicelli get cook .

After that add the sugar and cardamom powder and cook untill the sugar melt . 

Finally mix the all ingredients and switch off the flame and cover it for 5 mins .

SERVE :-

Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve warm or chilled .
