INGREDIENTS:-
5 boiled eggs
( 4 eggs cut into halves & another 1 egg's white portion to be grated )
2 chopped onion
2 Bay leaves
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
Red chilli powder Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tsp
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Kasuri methi 1/2 Tsp
Coriander leaves 1Tlsp
Refined oil
Salt as per taste
Fresh cream 2 Tlsp
Tomato Paste Items :-
2 medium tomatoes
Chopped Ginger 1'
Garlic 5 - 6
Cashew nuts 20
Cardamom 4
Cloves 4
METHOD:-
At first , boiled the all TOMATO PASTE ITEMS till the tomatoes become soft. Then cool it and grind a smooth paste.
Next , heat oil in a pan then add bay leaves and chopped onion. fry till golden brown.
Then add the tomato paste and cook in medium flame till the oil separates from it .
Then add red chilli , Kashmiri red chilli powder , turmeric powder , cumin powder , coriander powder salt with a water a cup of water . mix and fry on medium heat till the masala is cooked and oil separates .
After that add kasuri methi and cook for 2 mins.
Then mix in fresh cream and water to form the gravy. cook well till oils separates.
Then add the eggs and stir gently to cover the eggs with gravy.cook and cover it for 5 mins.
After 5 mins garnish it with the grated egg white and coriander leaves.
SERVE:- The Rim - Jhim - Dim - Dim is ready to serve with paratha , rice etc .
