Restaurant Style Schezwan Hakka Noodles From Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:-
Noddles
Chopped ginger 1"
Chopped garlic 10-12
sliced onion 1 large
Capsicum 1
Julienned carrot 1
Beans 1/2 cup
Julienned cabbage 1 cup
Spring onions 3Tlsp
Vinegar 1Tlsp
Homemade Schezwan Sauce 2 Tlsp
Tomato ketchup 2 Tlsp
Dark soya sauce 1Tlsp
Salt
Refined oil
METHOD :-
At first take water in sufficient quantity and bring it to a boil and add salt.
Then add the noodles when the water starts boiling add 1 tbsp of white oil .
Let the noodles cook for 2 - 4 minutes .
Turn off the flame and transfer the noodles to a strainer to drain out the excess water.
Then pour enough cold tap water and wash the noodles to remove it's stickiness .
after that pour some more oil into it and toss it.
Then heat oil in a wok and add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute it for 1 min on high flame .
Then add all the vegetables and saute on high flame for 3 mins . ( Do not overcook the vegetables otherwise vegetables loss its crunchiness )
After that Add salt , black pepper powder , vinegar , tomato ketchup , Schezwan sauce and dark soya sauce. Mix and cook for 3 mins on high flame .
Finally add the boil noodles and spring onions and mixed them well on high flame for 2 - 3 mins .
SERVE:- Now Schezwan noodles is ready to serve .
