Janmashtami Special Coconut Ladoo from Sneha's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:-

Coconut 1
Sugar 150 gms
Full fat milk 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 Tsp
Milk powder 3 Tlsp
Ghee 2 Tlsp


METHOD:-

At first peel off the coconut's brown part then grate only white portion.

Then mix the sugar with the white grated coconut and leave it to 30 mins.

Then heat a kadai and add coconut and sugar mixture. Keep continuous stirring on low to medium flame for 5 - 6 mins. 

When the sugar get melted add 1/2 cup of milk and 2 Tlsp of ghee . Keep stirring for 5 mins on low to medium flame . Then add the milk powder and ghee. And keep stirring untill the mixture get easily removed from the sides of kadai. 

Add the cardamom powder and mix well . Then switch off the flame. And spread it on a ghee greased plate and let it cool down a little.

Finally take some ghee in the palms and take small amount of the coconut mixture and give a round shape.

SERVE:- The Ladoo Gopal's coconut ladoo or narkel neru is ready to serve.
