Homemade Pineapple 🍍 Crush / Jam


INGREDIENTS:-

Chopped pineapple 200gms
Sugar 
Pinch of salt
Yellow food colour 2 - 3 drops
Pineapple essence 1/2 Tsp

METHOD:-

At first take a mixer grinder jar and pour chopped pineapple ,salt and sugar (as per taste ) into it and make a smooth puree . 

Then heat a non stick frying pan and pour the puree .

Cook for 10 mins and keep stirring after a min , so that it won't stick to the bottom . ( If you want to make it pineapple jam then cook it for another 5 mins )

Finally add 2 - 3 drops of food colour and 1tsp of pineapple essence and mix well . Switch off the flame .

Once it cool down you will see that it thickens more.

SERVE:- The homemade pineapple crush is ready . Store it in a air tight glass jar and refrigerate it for 10 to 12 days .
