Homemade Biriyani Masala From Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
Black cardamoms 5
Green cardamoms 10 -12
Cloves 10 -12
Cinnamon sticks 3"- 4"
Bay leaves 5 - 6
Nutmeg ( Jaifhol )1/2
Mace ( Javitri ) 1 flower
Cumin seeds 1/2 Tlsp
Coriander seeds 1/2 Tlsp
Caraway seeds ( Sha jeera ) 2 Tsp
White paper ( Sha morich ) 1Tsp
Black paper 1/2 Tsp
Dry rose Petals 2 Tlsp
METHOD:
At first , heat a tawa in high flame. and roast all the spices separately for 1 min low to medium flame .
( don't roast the rose Petals )
Then , pour them together in a grinding jar and grind them till all the spices becomes fine powder.
Finally , pour the powder in a clean air tight container and store it in refrigerator.
