Hot & Sour Chicken Soup πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ From Sneha's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:-

Chicken 150gm
Chopped onion 1 medium
Chopped ginger 1tlsp
Chopped garlic 1tlsp
Chopped carrot 1 cup
Chopped beans 1/2 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Mushrooms ( optional )
Sweet corn 1/2 cup
Spring onions 1Tlsp
Eggs 2
Noodles 
Salt
Crushed black paper
Sugar
Corn flour
Red chili sauce
Soya sauce
Vinegar
Water 1Lt.
White oil
Butter

METHOD:-

Heat 1lts of water in a kadai. Then add chicken , salt to the hot water . Cover and boil the chicken untill it cook.

Then take the chicken pcs out and reserve the water .

Then shred the chicken.

Then heat 2 Tlsp of butter and 1Tsp of white oil together. And saute the onion for 2 mins . Then add ginger and garlic and saute them for 1 min. Then add the all vegetables , mushrooms . Cook them for 2 mins. 

After that add the reserve water , salt , paper , red chilli sauce , dark soya sauce . Cover and cook for 5 mins.

Then add the shredded chicken .

After that , In a small bowl mix egg with salt and pour it into the soup and bring it to boil .

Then Add 2Tlsp of cornflour with 1/2 cup of water and mixed well. Then add the mixer to the soup and boil for few min and add vinegar.

Then boil the noddles with salt in a another pan and strain it well. Cool the noddles.

Then add 2 Tlsp of cornflour to the boiled noddles and mix it well. and fry the noddles untill it turns light golden brown. 

SERVE:- Now serve the hot & sour soup with some fried noddles and spring onions .
