Bhature Without Yeast From Sneha's Kitchen

INGRIDIENTS:

All purpose flour 3 cups
Rava 2 tlsp (suji )
Curd 3 tlsp ( should be thick)
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tlsp
Salt
Powdered sugar 1tlsp
Warm water


METHOD:

At first sieve the dry ingridients , flour , rava , sugar , salt ,baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl .

Then add oil and mix with flour and rub with hand.

Then add curd and mix again.(curd should be in room temperature. )

After that add very little water  and mix again. Knead for another 5 mins.

Final dough should be soft and smooth . Then cover it with wet cotton cloth and rest for 4 hrs.

After 4 hrs knead the dough again for a while and take out small balls from it .

Then grease the chakla and belon with some oil and take a ball and smoothen it with palms ,roll out as a big roti . 

Finally , Heat oil for deep frying the bhaturas gently in hot oil . Fry them till golden from both sides in medium to high flame.

SERVE: 

Hot Hot !! Bhatura is now ready to serve with chole.
