Tutti Frutti Cake from Sneha's Kitchen


Ingredients:
250 gm plain flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup white oil
1/2 powdered sugar
2  eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda 
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup tutti frutti


Method:
At first , Take a 7" cake mold. Grease all the side of it with oil or butter and place a Butter paper and keep it aside.
Then preheat a kadai for 10 mins (medium flame).
Take  eggs , powdered sugar , melted butter , oil and vanilla essence in a bowl and mixed it well for 5 to 10 mins.
Then place a sieve on that bowl and sieving the flour , baking powder , baking soda , salt. and mixed them well with a spatula. 
After that take a small bowl and take the tutti frutti and mixed it with 2 tlsp of plain flour. Then mixed half of it to the batter. 
Then pour the batter into the cake mold and tap to remove all the air bubbles and garnish with the extra tutti frutti.
Now the batter is ready to bake. Place the cake mold carefully into the preheated kadai and bake for 30-35 mins in low flame. Insert a tooth pick into the cake and check. If the tooth pick comes out clean the cake is perfectly done.

serve:
Allow it to cool , demold and serve.
