Raksha Bandhan Special Rasmalai From Sneha's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:

Rassogolla 15 - 20
Full fat milk 1/2 Lt
Sugar 4 Tlsp
Condensed milk 4 Tlsp
Dry fruits
Cardamom powder
Rose water 1 - 2 tsp
Yellow food colour 2 - 3 drops


METHOD:
 
At first boil the full fat milk and the 
condensed milk together.

Then add sugar , cardamom powder , chopped dry fruits , yellow food colour one by one and mixed well . 

Cook 8 - 10 mins on low to medium flame and keep stirring . 

Add rose water and switch off the flame & cool down  in room temperature then keep it in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours .

Finally , squeeze the rasgulla in between your palms to remove the the absorbed sugar syrup . you can also do it  with a spatula and spoon. And put them into the rabri . Garnish with chopped dry fruits.

Now the Raksha Bandhan special Rashmalai is ready to serve.
