Paneer Bhapa from Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
Paneer 200 gm
Mustard seeds 2.5 Tlsp
Poppy seeds 3 Tlsp
Grated coconut 4 Tlsp
Curd 1.5 Tlsp
Mustard oil
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Green chillies
Red chilli powder
Salt
METHOD:
At first cut the paneer into cubes and soak them into hot salted water.
Then put the mustard seeds, poppy seeds , salt , turmeric powder , green chillies , red chilli powder and curd into the mixer grinder and grind a smooth paste.
Then take the panner cubes and the mustard & poppy seed's paste into a tiffin box and mixed them with mustard oil , grated coconut And green chillis and cover it.
Finally , take a kadai and place a metal stand . Before putting the stand add 1/2" water and place the tiffin box and cover the kadai . And turn on the flame and slowly put the kadai on it and steem it in low flame for 10-12 mins.
SERVE:
Now , the paneer bhappa is ready to serve with hot plain rice.
