Milky Egg Gravy from Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
4 full boiled eggs
4 tlsp oil
2 medium onion roughly chopped
4 green chillies
1.5 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paper powder
1 tsp Garam masala
3 tlsp coriander leaves finelly
chopped
2 pinch of kasuri methi powder
Milk 200 ml
Salt as per taste
PREPARATION:
• 4 boiled eggs cut into half.
• Put the onions & green chilies into the grinder & make a smooth paste.
• In a kadai add oil and add the onion and chilli paste cook it for 3 mins in low flame.
• Then add ginger and garlic paste and mixed well. Cook it for 15 min in low flame and stirring often.
• When the colour is change switched off the flame and add the milk and mixed well.
• Switch on the flame and keep it low flame till oil separares.
• After that add the all spices , salt and cook for few mins.
• Place the 4 eggs in the gravy , yolk side down to absorb the spices.
• Cover and cook for few mins.
• After few mins turn the eggs halves yolk side up .
• Then add the coriander leaves and mixed it well and covered .
• Cook for few mins till oil separares.
SERVE:
• Serve hot and enjoy with roti , paratha or pulao.
