Ice Cream Sandesh from Sneha's Kitchen

INGREDIENTS:

200 Gm fresh chena
Powdered Sugar 150 gm ( according to taste)
6Tlsp milk powder
2 Tlsp condensed milk
1.5 Tsp cardamom powder
Chopped almonds and pistachios 2Tlps
Gree
Rose water
Yellow colour or saffron

Method:

Firstly , take the chena in a mixer grinder jar and runs for 30 sec each until it turns smooth.

When the chena turns smooth then add powdered sugar , milk powder , cardamom powder , chopped dry fruits , rose water and again mixed them in it.

After that take a tiffin box and line with a butter paper and brush some ghee all over the box .

Then pour the mixture into the box and sprinkle some saffron or yellow colour , tap it gently . 

And cover it with lid.

After that take a kadai and place a metal stand . Before putting the stand add 1/2" water and place the tiffin box and cover the karai .

Now , turn on the flame and slowly put the kadai on it and steem it in low flame for 35-40 mins. 

After 35-40 mins put a tooth pick  and check. ( It'll be firm when touched ) when it done switched off the flame.

At last , cool down the box in room temperature then keep it in a freezer for 4 hours before serve.

SERVE:

Demold the Ice cream sandesh. Now it ready serve.
