Homemade Mozzarella Cheese With Vineger from Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:
• Full fat milk - 1lt
• Vinegar - 1/2 cup
• Hot water
COOKING PROCESS :
• Take the milk in a vessel and warm it.
• Place a finger & check , should be comfortable to touch.
• Gradually add the vineger & keep stirring slowly untill milk fat curdles and coagulates.
• After that take a seive and line with a clean cotton cloth and seiving the curdles milk and Squeeze out the excess water.
• After that dip the cheese into the hot water and let it sit for 20 -30 seconds and put it out.
• Then knead the cheese then stretch it and fold it to create elastiecity to it. Repeat the same process 9 -10 times untill the cheese becomes nice and smooth.
• after that squeeze the cheese and immediately wrap it with a plastic wrapper and put it into the refrigerator for 4 hrs. to set.
SERVE:
• Finally the mozzarella cheese is ready to serve with pizza π.
