Shakshuka Recipe from Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:-
6 eggs
Chopped onion 2
Chopped garlic 1Tlsp
Chopped capsicum 1 medium
2 medium sized tomatoes
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
Salt
Sugar
Mixed herbs
Black paper powder
Refined oil
Chopped coriander leaves
METHOD:-
Firstly blend the tomatoes and strain it with strainer .
Then heat oil in a large size sauce pan.
Add onions , capsicum and garlic . Mix them well and cook for 3 mins .
Then add the tomato puree and mix well .
Next add salt , sugar , red chilli powder , mixed herbs and cumin powder and mixed well and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
Break an egg in a small bowl and place it carefully on the gravy.
Do the same for the other eggs.
Now sprinkle some salt and pepper powder on the eggs.
Cover with lid and cook for 7 mins on low flame .
Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves over it .
SERVE:- The shakshuka is ready to serve .
