Ganesh Chaturthi Special Motichur Ke Ladoo's Recipe From Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:-
Besan 2 cups
Water
Yellow food colour
Baking soda 1pinch
Oil
Ghee
Chopped dry fruits
Cardamom powder
Kewra water
Sugar
Lemon juice 1tsp
METHOD :-
First seive the besan with a seiving .
Then add water , yellow food colour and one pinch of baking soda into it and make it a pouring consistency lamp free batter.
Then Heat good amount of refined oil in a saucepan .
Fine boondi can be prepared using a small holed perforated spoon.
Then with the help of ladle, pour prepared besan batter into it and slowly tap, making sure the drops of the besan fall into the hot oil. (do not overcrowd the boondis )
Stir it for 40 secs .
Then take off and drain over a kitchen towel and keep them aside .
When the all boondies are fried then boil 2 cups of sugar and a cup of water together into a kadai . Stir it until the sugar is dissolve .
Then add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice , cardamom powder and kewra water. And boil it for 5 mins on low to medium flame .
Then add the fried boondies and chopped dry fruits into the sugar syrup and mix well on medium flame untill all the sugar syrup is absorb.
Then switch off the flame and cover it with lid for 1 hrs.
Finally take ghee into your palm and take small amount of boondies and give round shapes and garnish with chopped dry fruits .
SERVE:- GANESH JI ki Motichur ladoo is ready.
