Restaurant Style Mixed Gravy Noddles From Sneha's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS:-
Noodles 1 packet
Chicken Cubes 200gms
Shrimp
3 Eggs
Onion 2
Garlic 2Tlsp
Carrot 1
French beans
Cabbage 1Cup
Sweet corn
Capsicum 1
Spring onions 2Tlsp
Salt
Sugar
Black paper
White oil
Chicken stock
Corn flour
All purpose flour
Vinegar
METHOD :-
First boil the noodles with salt and oil and dont over cook it .Then strain the noddles with strainer . Add 1Tlsp oil into it and keep aside .
After that beaten the egg into a bowl with salt and black paper. Then heat 1Tlsp oil in a pan and fry it and keep aside .
Then fry the shrimp with salt and keep it aside.
Then marinate the chicken cubes with cornflour , flour , salt , black paper and egg for 15 mins . Then fry it with refined oil untill it turns light golden brown and keep aside.
Now , heat oil in a wok . add chopped garlic and cook for 15 secs . then add onions, carrot , french beans , sweet corn and saute it . Then add the capsicum and the fried chicken , shrimp and eggs .Saute it for 1 mins. Then add chicken stock and boil it with salt , sugar and black paper according to the taste. Dont over cook it otherwise you will loss the crunchiness of the vegetables.
Then mix corn flour with water in a bowl and add it into the gravy. cook for few mins . Then add vinegar and switch off the flame and garnish with chopped spring onions .
Finally , heat oil in a wok and fry the boiled noodles with salt and black paper .
SERVE :- Now take the fried noodles into a plate then pour the gravy on it and serve hot with dry chilli chicken.
